Censtar equipment serves SINOPEC's first hydrogen supply center in Shanghai

On September 28, SINOPEC held the completion ceremony of the Shanghai Petrochemical Hydrogen Supply Center. This is SINOPEC's first hydrogen supply center in Shanghai.

Censtar H2e provided three hydrogen dispensing equipment with a pressure of 20MPa for the Shanghai Petrochemical Hydrogen Supply Center, which is used for the hydrogen production primary station to fill hydrogen for tube trailers. Hydrogen filling is a vital part of the hydrogen energy supply chain.

Censtar H2e's hydrogen filling equipment is mainly used to dispense hydrogen from the hydrogen compressor to tube trailers at a pressure of 20MPa. The hydrogen loader has a nitrogen replacement interface and a vacuum orifice to ensure hydrogen purity when switching tube trailers.

As SINOPEC's first hydrogen supply center in Shanghai, this station is an important step for Shanghai Petrochemical to achieve the dual carbon goals of China and speed up the layout of the hydrogen energy supply chain according to SINOPEC's industrial pattern of "one base, two wings, and three new." The center has a daily hydrogen supply capacity of 2500 kg, including 2000 kg of daily filling capacity and 500 kg of daily hydrogen dispensing capacity. After being put into use, it is expected to reduce carbon emissions by about 2920 tons per year based on the equivalent amount of diesel vehicles burned.
