Censtar H2e signs a cooperation agreement with GCOFAR Investment Henan Company

On April 14, Censtar H2e and CHN ENERGY (Henan) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. held a "signing ceremony" in Zhengzhou, Henan. They signed a comprehensive business cooperation agreement on the hydrogen energy industry within the province. The two sides will work together to promote the construction and application of the hydrogen energy demonstration city cluster in Henan Province to advance the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry in Henan Province.

Mr. Zhou Liang, General Manager of Censtar H2e, and Mr. Chen Mingsheng, Director and General Manager of GCOFAR Investment Henan Company, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Representatives from the Censtar H2e management team, Diao Shufeng, Vice General Manager, Zhang Hua, Vice General Manager, and Dou Ziqian, Manager of the Planning and Development Department of GCOFAR Investment Henan Company, attended the signing ceremony.

I hope that both parties can fully leverage their advantageous resources, achieve resource integration in areas such as capital, industry, equipment, and projects, and quickly promote the implementation of cooperation projects." 

Mr. Chen Mingsheng, Director and General Manager of GCOFAR Investment Henan Company, said: "GCOFAR Investment has been operating the China Hydrogen Alliance on behalf of the CHN Energy Group since 2016. It has focused on building a green hydrogen supply chain and a hydrogen alliance service chain through the integrated development model of wind, solar and hydrogen storage, relying on its resources, industrial foundation, key technology research and development, and first-mover advantages. It has also undertaken various national and local hydrogen research projects and led the development direction of the hydrogen energy industry. GCOFAR Investment Henan Company closely follows the development strategy of the Group and has carried out positive industrial investment in Henan in the upstream hydrogen production and dispensing field. Cooperating with Censtar H2e, we turn out to be a strong alliance. I hope that both parties can closely collaborate and complement each other's strengths, jointly lay out and implement a batch of hydrogen industry projects in the Henan market, achieve win-win cooperation, and contribute to the development of the hydrogen energy industry and the demonstration city cluster in Henan."

In this cooperation, both parties will actively acquire and develop hydrogen station resources and projects in Henan based on the China Long-term Hydrogen Industry Development Plan (2021-2035) and the construction tasks and application demonstration promotion goals of the Henan hydrogen fuel cell demonstration city cluster. GCOFAR Investment Henan Company will leverage its funding and state-owned enterprise brand and management advantages, while Censtar H2e will leverage its advantages in hydrogen energy technology research and development, intelligent equipment manufacturing, engineering services, operation and maintenance, and local enterprise resources to collaborate and complement each other's strengths.

Additionally, based on their respective enterprise advantages and industry resources, as well as the needs and actual situation of the hydrogen industry development in Henan Province, the two parties will timely carry out the cooperative implementation of hydrogen energy demonstration projects around the hydrogen energy industry chain. These projects include but are not limited to renewable energy hydrogen production, distributed hydrogen storage, cooperative construction and operation of hydrogen stations, and demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

In the future, Censtar H2e will collaborate with GCOFAR Investment Henan Company through various cooperation models such as project development, industrial capital cooperation, and co-construction of demonstration projects. They will also work with other partners in the hydrogen industry chain to jointly build a hydrogen industry cooperation ecosystem in Henan Province and contribute to national energy security and the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.
