Features

The gas is free from any pollution and there are no leaks during the compression process. It uses frequency conversion start-up, which can be started and stopped on-site and remotely controlled. It is supplied as a skid and comes with an integrated heat exchanger and cooling water circulation system. It has a bubble unloading system and is suitable for cold starting of compressors. It also has an abnormal alarm shutdown function and has obtained certification for the entire machine's explosion protection.

Function introduction

The hydrogen compressor is the equipment for high-purity hydrogen compression in the hydrogen station. It can pressurize the 5-20MPa hydrogen in the tube trailer to 45MPa/90MPa and store it in the hydrogen storage container of the hydrogen station.
A diaphragm compressor is a type of positive displacement compressor with a special structure, which has the characteristics of high compression ratio, good sealing performance, and no contamination of compressed gas by lubricating oil or other solid impurities. Therefore, it is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and valuable, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive, and high-pressure gases.
