Function introduction
| The sequential control panel is designed with a box-type structure and serves as a connection between the compressor skid, hydrogen storage set, and hydrogen station equipment. It supports three-stage dual-line filling modes for low, medium, and high pressures, as well as direct refueling modes from compressors and tube trailers. It is capable of realizing automatic pressurization of hydrogen storage containers, controlling the sequence of gas extraction for hydrogen dispensers, and meeting the nitrogen purging requirements of the hydrogen storage set. The sequential control panel is equipped with automatic valves, which can be controlled by PLC to achieve five-stage gas filling for low, medium, and high hydrogen storage sets, direct filling from compressors and tube trailers, as well as nitrogen purging for the storage sets.
